Tawara Natural Farm in Japan

People, tea, vegetable,
and insects are joined with
a tie called "YUI"
Sawa Fukui

Let me introduce you to my organic Japanese tea.

On the east side of Mt. Kasuga, in the green village of Tawara, there is the Yamato tea farm where natural farming is practiced.
"I want to make my own tea because I drink it every day," and opened Tawara Natural Farm in the village of Tawara (Nara, Japan) where the Yamato tea fields are located.

Tawara Natural Farm uses natural farming methods to grow tea in an environment as close to nature as possible, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The soil is fluffy, with deer droppings, holes dug by wild boars, and egg shells used as fertilizer.

Tea and vegetables are like people, too much protection is not good. It is the power to live on their own that makes them take root and bloom.

Precautions

The definition of "organic" differs according to the laws of each country.
For example, in Japan, there is a law called the Organic JAS Law.
This law permits the use of pesticides, but only to a limited extent.
We DO NOT use any pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
And we are not certified under the Organic JAS Law.
We hope you will understand the above point.
(For your information, It costs money to obtain and maintain JAS organic certification. Many small farmers are not able to bear such costs.)
